4. Booking and Estimates
All bookings made through our online booking form, in-person, or by phone are subject to acceptance by Mobile Fix Workshop. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where a device is deemed beyond economical repair or where parts are unavailable.
The estimated repair times and prices provided on our Pricing page, via our online booking system, or during initial consultation are indicative only. Final costs and repair durations may vary once a full assessment of your device has been completed. If a significant variance is identified, we will seek your approval before proceeding with additional work.
5. User Responsibilities
Before submitting any device for diagnostics, repair, or maintenance, you are responsible for ensuring that all personal data is securely backed up and, where possible, removed from the device. This includes contacts, photos, videos, app data, and any other sensitive information.
While Mobile Fix Workshop takes reasonable care when handling devices, we will not be responsible for any loss, corruption, or disclosure of data stored on a device before, during, or after the repair process. You remain responsible for:
- Disabling any security locks or providing necessary access codes required to test the device; and
- Ensuring that you have the legal right to submit the device for repair and that it is not reported as lost or stolen.
6. Repair Process and Limitations
